Our model allows for personalized care by limiting patient enrollment and maintaining flexible scheduling for same-day and after-hours needs.
Membership fees can be deducted from your HSA or FSA, although they do not count toward PPO deductibles. DPC is not insurance, and maintaining health insurance is required to participate in the DPC membership. Patients often pair DPC with catastrophic-type health insurance or utilize their existing PPO plans for additional coverage. Membership can be canceled with 30 days' notice. Consult your tax advisor regarding HSA/FSA use.

Alternatively, consider our Personalized Primary Care option, a hybrid model combining direct primary care with insurance billing. This option offers lower monthly pricing while maintaining all the benefits of access to our clinic, with insurance billing continuing as usual. This may make sense for people with low deductibles, or who do not visit the doctor frequently, but want the reassurance of knowing they will be able to get in to see the same doctor easily.

*While there is no limitation on office visits, it is at the discretion of Dr. Hennessay to book additional visits as necessary, and to allow access for all patients, some visits may be video or phone visits. This plan has limited enrollment to ensure everyone has timely access to care.
