As of March 1, 2025, we are no longer accepting new patients for our Personalized Primary Care membership due to full enrollment. However, non-members can still book appointments for cosmetic services.

Existing members should schedule follow-up visits through the OnPatient portal. For urgent appointments, please contact us using the form below or register on the OnPatient secure portal. We will do our best to accommodate same-day requests.
